Wide Range Couplings
Wide Range Couplings
Complete range of wide range mechanical couplings from 50mm to 800mm diameter. These couplings can accommodate a wide range of pipe diameters in a single coupling, and therefore reduces the need for large stockholdings and improves service times. Our unique three-bolt design for couplings up to 100mm means our couplings are lighter, quicker to assemble and easier to install.
Dedicated Couplings
Can also supply any dedicated coupling for a specific requirement upon request. These couplings are designed and manufactured to fit on a specific pipe only.
Step Couplings
Step Couplings are used to connect pipes of varying outside diameters that fall outside the range of a single wide tolerance coupling, simplifying installations when repairing old pipe with new.
Step Couplings’ innovative design negates the need for a profile plate and are available in the wide range applications Wide Range Couplings.
Long Barrel Couplings
Long Barrel Couplings offer ample space for pipe movement with pipe materials such as HDPE.
These couplings are offered with wide tolerance end rings as well.
Flange Adapters
STANDARD
Flange adapters are used to connect plain ended pipes to flanged fittings such as meters or valves. Dancagram is proud to offer a complete range of both wide tolerance and dedicated flange adapters up to 600mm diameter as standard. Larger sizes are available upon request. These flange adapters do not provide thrust protection.
RESTRAINED
We also offers a range of restrained flange adapters that are self restrained to eliminate the need for concrete thrust blocks or separate joint restraints.
Dismantling Joints
Dismantling Joints are double flanged fittings designed to accommodate longitudinal adjustment to provide an easy method of removing or installing a flanged object such as valves or pumps into a pipeline. Final achoring is ensured by locking the supplied tie rods at the required length. Dismantling joints are available from 50mm to 800mm with virtually any flange drilling or pressure rating. Custom made dismantling joints can be provided on request.
Caps / Test Headers
End caps for testing or plugging a pipe end. They are provided with a wide tolerance coupling are standard. Various sockets can be supplied upon request.
Caps / Test Headers
We supply a range of fabricated fittings or “pipe specials” up to 800mm in diameter under a trust brand name. These include bends, tees, reducers, puddle pipes and the like.
These fittings can be supplied with flanges or with an integrated half coupling, allowing for easier connection to plain ended pipes like PVC
